  • Access to online training materials will be provided as soon as your payment has been processed, unless otherwise stated.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused, including unauthorised sharing of login credentials.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

    In line with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you place your order to request a refund. However, if you access or download any of the training materials within this period, you may lose your right to cancel under UK consumer law.
