Cooling Off Period

We want you to feel confident about joining our programme. In line with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your annual membership within 14 days of purchase (the “cooling off period”) and receive a full refund.

  • Your 14-day cooling-off period begins the day after you complete your purchase.

  • To request a cancellation and refund within this period, please contact us at incrediblemeprogramme@gmail.com with your order details.

Access to Digital Content During the Cooling Off Period

By purchasing this membership, you gain immediate access to digital content and downloads. Under UK law, once you have accessed or started using the digital content, you may lose your right to cancel. However, we are happy to honour a full refund if your request is made within 14 days and you have not significantly used or downloaded the programme materials.

After the Cooling Off Period

​

After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations, as the full membership and programme materials will already have been made available to you. Your membership will continue for the duration of your annual plan.

Automatic Renewal

​

Your annual membership will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at incrediblemeprogramme@gmail.com

How to Cancel

To cancel your membership within the cooling-off period, please email incrediblemeprogramme@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name & School

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

We will confirm receipt of your request and process your refund within 14 days of approval.
