A 12 week programme empowering children to thrive emotionally, socially and academically
Incredible Me is a unique 12-week after-school programme for ages 7–11, created by two qualified psychotherapists with over 20 years’ experience.

Our goal is to help children understand emotions, build resilience, and develop essential life skills through engaging activities, discussions, and real-life scenarios.

Improvement in school attendance.
Research shows that improved mental health in KS2 children can have an increase in their attendance. Ofsted and Local Authority Report up to 6% attendance improvement after consistent mental health interventions, especially when focused on anxiety, low mood, and behavioural issues. Pupils with persistent absence related to anxiety showed the most significant gains, sometimes improving by 7–10%.
