Recognising and naming worries. Understanding early warning signs and different levels of worry.

Week 6: Anxiety Toolbox
Personalised anxiety-coping strategies. Stress-reducing activities for daily use. Building resilience in the face of stress.

Understanding the grieving process. Healthy ways to cope with different kinds of loss. Exploring different types of loss and feelings associated with them.

Understanding and preparing for transitions. Thinking errors and building resilience in the face of change.

Week 11: Confidence & Self Esteem
Building confidence, self-love and celebrating special moments.

Week 12: Celebration of Learning
