Week 5: Understanding Worries
Recognising and naming worries. Understanding early warning signs and different levels of worry.
Week 6: Anxiety Toolbox
Personalised anxiety-coping strategies. Stress-reducing activities for daily use. Building resilience in the face of stress.
Week 7: Friendships
What makes a good friend? Effective communication skills in friendships and recognizing others experiences can be different to theirs.
Week 8: Conflicts & Disputes Conflict resolution techniques. Effective communication in disputes and new ways of thinking.
Week 9: Coping with Loss Understanding the grieving process. Healthy ways to cope with different kinds of loss. Exploring different types of loss and feelings associated with them.
Week 10: Transitions
Understanding and preparing for transitions. Thinking errors and building resilience in the face of change.
Week 11: Confidence & Self Esteem Building confidence, self-love and celebrating special moments.
