Lorna Palmer-Coyne

I have worked as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor for the last twenty-four years. I initially worked for Action for Children in Thanet at their Sexual Abuse Recovery project, later I moved to CAMHS. After that I joined the Rising Sun and for eight and a half years as their Children and Families Psychotherapist. While there I wrote a group programme called "All About Me" for children who had been through the trauma of Domestic Abuse. I delivered this programme in schools and after school to children in Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable. It was later rolled out across Kent. For the last ten years I have worked in Private Practice with children and adults specialising in working with trauma.
